Amazon Image Processor (MVP)
For: Norqa, 2025

Focus: Requirements, Research, Data Analysis, Product Design, UX, UI

Role: Owner, Researcher, Product Designer
Situation On Amazon, product images act as the primary sales driver. Infographic and lifestyle images are especially important for communicating value and building buyer trust instantly.

However, many sellers face challenges creating these visuals. They rely on freelancers, switch between disconnected tools, and lack the ability to upload or edit images directly within Amazon. This fragmented process leads to delays, extra costs, and missed opportunities.
Task Address a clear gap in the market by creating an MVP tool that empowers Amazon sellers to design effective infographic and lifestyle images — without relying on external freelancers or juggling multiple platforms.
Action Preparing a Scope for MVP
I defined core features required for launch by prioritizing functionality with the highest impact, balancing user needs, technical feasibility, and resource constraints.

Visual Identity
Created a clean and cohesive visual identity that sets the tech tone for the product, ensuring it feels modern while balancing simplicity with recognizability.

MVP Key Screens

As both the owner and designer, I had a clear vision of the scope, allowing me to skip unnecessary iterations and move directly to final screens focused on core functionality.

The product consists of two key modes: a dashboard with connected products, and an editor mode — where the magic happens.

Norqa AI Assistant
Result I delivered a complete MVP design with a clean, highly focused interface that brought two core features to life: direct image upload to and from Amazon, and a simple editor enhanced by an AI assistant.

By streamlining the workflow and removing the need for external tools or freelancers, I positioned the concept as a practical, high-impact solution ready for development.
